The Bluetits Perranporth are so lucky to have such support from Perranporth Surf Life Saving Club.

Last year they were given a talk on "Beach Safety" by Ladies Captain of Perranporth SLSC, Anita Fleet. It was great and very informative but our group has grown considerably since then! So we have organised a zoom session on:

"Beach Safety" by Anita Fleet (PPSLSC Ladies Captain)
"Rips" by Ellie Woodward who has a Phd in rips
and guest speaker none other than
Mike Tipton MBE who is Professor of Human & Applied Physiology at the Extreme Environments and a leading "guru" in Cold Water Swimming.

We are asking for a £2 donation to Perranporth SLSC for Mikes contribution please.

There are limited spaces.

We will end the session with a shanty (words to follow!!!)
