Age Limited Races:
Golden Nipper - Swim/Board/Run is only for 11, 12 and 13 year olds

Individual Age Groups:
8 Yrs: born 2018
9 Yrs: born 2017
10 Yrs: born 2016
11 Yrs: born 2015
12 Yrs: born 2014
13 Yrs: born 2013

Team Age Groups:
Nipper 8 to 9 Yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 8 or 9 on 31st December this year

Nipper 10 to 11 Yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 9 or 10 on 31st December this year

Nipper 12 to 13 Yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 11 or 12 on 31st December this year
