A fun, short distance multi-discipline race open to all current SLSGB Members with a Ski Padder Award and either a current Surf Lifesaver/Lifeguard or Swim Competency.

400m Pool Swim - Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre
3KM Run - Along the river
4KM River Ski Paddle - Launching Boscowan Park
Age groups:
Juniors (13-15) + (16-19)
Open (19-29)
Masters (30+)
We will need your most recent 400m swim time for lane allocation.
